Surrey Conservatories Installation guarantee
If we are doing the installation, then your are fully
guaranteed for a period of 10 years with an insurance
backed guarantee. That means that in the unlikely event
you have to make a claim under the guarantee, we will
correct the fault ourselves without charge. If we are
unable to carry out the repair you can claim for the
repair to be done by another party through the guarantee
insurance scheme.
The guarantee insurance scheme is operated by the
Incorporation of Plastic Window Fabricators and Installers
Ltd (IPWFI), one of the leading organisations in this
field in the UK. They operate the scheme independantly,
so you can have complete peace of mind that you can’t
lose out. The scheme not only covers the materials
and installation but it also covers any deposit you
make prior to work being carried out, so you know
your deposit is safe in the unlikely event that we
are unable to fulfil the order.
What does the guarantee cover:
We will replace or repair any unit installed by us
that is defective as a result of faulty materials
or workmanship, The details of the cover is as follows:
All frames for doors windows and roofs covered for
10 years
Glass, sealed units, and roof panels as per manufacturers
warranty for five years
Hardware, as per manufacturers warranty, for a period
of one year.

only guarantee
When you plan to install the conservatory supplied
by Surrrey Conservatories, you are covered by the
manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years on its products.
With a Supply Only deal, you are responsible
for building the conservatory and any base, and therefore
are responsible for defects arising out of faulty
installation.
